Parish AGM

The new chair of Sacred Heart Parish Pastoral Council is...
Michael Floyd. He was voted in at the annual meeting on June 17th. Michael, on his second run as chair, takes over from Brian Davies who has been chair for the past two years. Michael was headteacher of St Marie's Junior School for 20 years before retiring last year.
The new vice-chair is John Howes who leads the music group. Joan Medley is to continue as minute secretary and Pat Scannell as treasurer.
Thanks were conveyed to Brian Davies for his work leading the parish council during the jubilee year.
